意大利建筑師MassimoMariani為軟件公司CabelIndustry設計建造的辦公樓， 占地面積約四千五平方米。 建筑主體為鋼筋混凝土與鋁制表層， 地面兩層， 地下一層。 確保光線能均勻照射到較低層的房間， 整個建筑周圍地區被鏟平。 整個屋頂經過精心部署， 覆蓋光伏太陽能電池板系統。 這一設計， 能夠產生約150萬千瓦能量， 該建筑從能源的觀點看幾乎是完全實現了自給自足。
